GOURMET SIRLOIN TIPS | |
1 1/2 lbs. sirloin tips, cut into bite size pieces 2 tbsp. oil 1 clove garlic, pressed 1 c. catsup 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Saute garlic in hot oil. Add meat and brown on all sides over medium heat. Mix remaining ingredients and add to meat, cover and simmer on stove top. Serve over rice. |
