SIRLOIN TIPS 
1 1/2-2 lb. sirloin tips, cut into thin strips
1-2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. red wine
1 tbsp. fresh grated ginger root
1/3-1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. olive oil

Brown the strips in a large frying pan with garlic and oil over high heat. When browned, add soy sauce, wine and ginger root. Cook 1-2 minutes. Add brown sugar and cook 2-4 minutes until sauce is slightly thick. Turn often. Serve with rice.
