SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked (mashed) sweet potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 c. nuts (pecans or black walnuts)

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla and milk and 1/2 cup butter. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Spoon into a greased casserole.

Combine brown sugar, flour, 1/3 cup butter. Mix, then add nuts. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
