12 sausage balls, cook and save 2 tbsp. of grease

Add to grease:

2 c. onion
1 clove garlic
1 green or red pepper

Add to this:

2-3 c. sliced red potatoes

Mix well. Arrange sausage on top of potato mixture. Beat 4 eggs with 2 cups of milk, little salt and pepper. Pour enough egg mixture to cover potatoes. Sprinkle wit white cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
