1 lb. link Italian sausage
5-6 potatoes, cut in chunks
2 onions, cut in chunks
Green pepper slices to taste

Lightly oil 9"x13" pan. Mix all ingredients together. Lightly salt and pepper. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees or until done. Stir occasionally.
