1 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. raisins (optional)

Mix together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, nuts and raisins and set aside. Mix oil, eggs, sugar and apples together until well blended. Gradually add dry ingredients until blended. Pour into greased and floured cake pan (I use Bundt pan).

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
