STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
6 oz. pork sausage
4 tsp. fine chopped onions
4 tsp. fine chopped peppers
Pinch oregano
Italian bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese

Wash and stem mushrooms, place caps upside down on towel to dry. Cook sausage into crumbles, add vegetables and oregano. Add enough bread crumbs to make sticky then spoon into caps. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove foil then sprinkle with cheese and pepper until the cheese melts.
