SAUSAGE & MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 c. celery, diced
1 med. onion, chopped
8 oz. box spaghetti, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
1 can mushrooms
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. milk
2 c. Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown sausage in fry pan. Add celery and onions, and saute until tender; drain off excess grease. Stir in mushroom pieces. Place sausage mixture over bottom of large Pyrex dish. Cover sausage with cooked spaghetti. Combine soup, beaten eggs and milk, and pour over spaghetti. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top. Add topping and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 c. crushed corn flakes

Toss corn flakes in melted butter until uniformly covered. Spread over top and bake as directed.
