GREGORY'S FAVORITE CASSEROLE 
6 frying peppers, sliced thin
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp.oil
1 1/2 lbs. sweet Italian sausage sliced into 1 inch pieces
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
3/4 pkg. (16 oz. size) rotelle, cooked and drained
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute peppers and garlic in hot oil until tender. Remove and set aside. Brown sausage thoroughly. In large bowl, combine sausage, peppers, sauce, rotelle. Spoon into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses, bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 6.
