STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. mushrooms
Sausage equal to 2 patties
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Chopped mushrooms stems

Remove stems from mushrooms. Place on towel to dry. Fry sausage brown and crumble. Saute onions in drippings. Do not brown onions. Remove from pan and saute stems. Combine all ingredients. Place in mushroom caps. Place in greased pan, bake 25 minutes.
