STUFFED MUSHROOMS | |
1 lb. sm. mushrooms 1/2 lb. pork sausage 1/2 env. dried onion soup mix 2 tbsp. salad oil 2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley 1/2 tsp. sage Chop mushroom stems, leaving caps whole. Mix stems with other ingredients. Heap mixture into mushroom caps. Set flat and close together in baking pan. Add enough water to cover bottom of pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 or 20 minutes more. Yield: 3 dozen. |
