1 lb. pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 pkg. Halfmoon cheese, grated
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 egg
2 pkgs. mushrooms

Combine all ingredients (best done by hand). Clean and de-stem 2 packages of mushrooms. Stuff mushrooms with meat mixture and place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
