COUNTRY STYLE GRAVY 
2 c. cold water
6 tbsp. cornstarch
6 tsp. onion powder
3 tbsp. oil
6 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. raw cashews
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Whiz in blender until smooth. Put in double boiler and add 1 quart water. Cook until thick.
