COUNTRY STYLE RIBS 
4 lb. country style ribs
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt

In Dutch oven, cook ribs covered in enough boiling salt water to cover, for 45 to 60 minutes or until tender. In saucepan, cook onion and garlic until tender (but not brown). stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered 15 minutes, stirring once or twice. Grill ribs over slow coals until done, about 45 minutes. Turn every 15 minutes. Brush with sauce until ribs are coated well. Makes 6 servings.

To prepare in oven: Place hot ribs in shallow roasting pan, pour sauce over ribs and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Baste occasionally with sauce.
