SAUERKRAUT & COUNTRY STYLE RIBS 
16 oz. sauerkraut, drained
1 med. onion
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes with juice
3 lbs. country style ribs
3/4 c. packed brown sugar

Spread sauerkraut evenly in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Top with onion, tomatoes and ribs. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 45 minutes or until ribs are tender.
