PUMPKIN MINCE NUT BREAD 
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. shortening
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) pumpkin (about 2 c.)
1/2 c. water
1 (9 oz.) pkg. condensed mincemeat, crumbled
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and baking powder. Set aside. In large bowl, beat sugar and shortening until fluffy. Add eggs, pumpkin and water, mix well. Stir in flour mixture, mincemeat and nuts. Turn into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
