PUMPKIN-NUT BREAD | |
1 1/3 c. sugar 1/3 c. Crisco 2 eggs 1 2/3 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 3/4 c. salt 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 c. water 1/3 c. walnuts 1 c. pumpkin 1/4 tsp. cloves Cream Crisco and sugar; add eggs and mix until light and fluffy. Add dry ingredients alternately with water/pumpkin mixture; mix in nuts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in greased bread pan. |
