Whip 2 egg whites until stiff. Mix: 1/2 c. rice bran 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. powdered milk 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt Fold egg whites into mix. Spray griddle - bake. Makes 8 large pancakes. | |
