YUMMY BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lightly beaten egg
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
6 tsp. sugar

Heat oven to 375°F. Line muffin pan with paper liners or spray pan. In a small bowl combine 1/2 cup sugar and blueberries; set aside.

In a large bowl combine dry ingredients; stir in buttermilk, oil and egg until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in blueberry mixture. Spoon into muffin pan. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon sugar on each muffin.

Bake 25 minutes.
