HOMINY AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
2 c. canned hominy
1 c. canned mushroom soup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Cornflakes rolled into crumbs
1 tbsp. butter

Mix the hominy, mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Pour into a buttered casserole. Sprinkle with the crushed cornflakes and dot with butter. Bake at 300 degrees until brown.
