TAMALE CASSEROLE | |
1 jar tamales (Hormel) or purchase 4 from a deli 1 can white hominy 1 can cream of mushroom soup Remove paper from tamales; drain and chop. Layer in bottom of ungreased casserole dish. Drain hominy for next layer. Spread soup on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven; spread Cheddar cheese on top (about 3/4 package) and bake until melted or bubbly. |
