TAMALE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can of corn, drained
2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can pitted black olives, drained
2-3 "XLNT" tamales, sliced
Optional - grated Cheddar cheese for top

(Start with 1 can of tomato sauce, if mixture seems too dry add second can).

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. In large casserole mix ground beef, onion and all other ingredients. Top with grated cheese (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
