HOMINY, HAM, AND MUSHROOM
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. hominy (white)
1 c. mushroom soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Cornflakes
Ham slices

Mix hominy, mushroom soup, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Place a layer of bite size ham pieces in bottom of casserole dish and cover with the above mixture. If desired, place a layer of asparagus or English peas on top of mixture in casserole before adding corn flakes. Sprinkle rolled cornflakes mixed with melted butter on top. Cook at 300 degree oven until brown and bubbly about 30 minutes.
