HOMINY CASSEROLE 
2 cans white hominy, drained
1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese

Melt cheese and soup together. Add tomatoes. Stir as the cheese melts. Stir in hominy. Put in baking dish. Top with crushed Fritos. Bake at 400 degrees until bubbly.
