CHILI HOMINY CASSEROLE 
2 (20 oz.) cans hominy, drained
3 tbsp. grated onion
1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained and chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine hominy, onion, cheese, sour cream, chilies and salt in large bowl; mix well. Spoon into 2 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. Yield; 6 to 8 servings.
