HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. diced onion
4 chopped boiled eggs
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 c. cooked rice
Salt and pepper
1 c. Grape Nuts or Bran Flakes
2 tbsp. green onion tops

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Place in buttered casserole dish. Top with Grape Nuts or bran flakes. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes or until center is bubbly. Makes 6-8 servings.
