CHICKEN-CASHEW SALAD 
4 c. cubed, white chicken meat
1 c. cashews
1 c. halved seedless grapes
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. plain yogurt
3/4 c. Kraft mayonnaise
Crisp lettuce leaves

Combine all ingredients, except nuts. Mix thoroughly. Chill. Toss nuts with salad before serving on lettuce leaves. Serve with dinner rolls or muffins.

Rated as a 4 only because I made a few changes. Omitted the celery and replaced with 1 c. dried cranberries. Filled mini croissants instead of serving on lettuce. Served as an appetizer for a Christmas Eve party --very festive and very delicious!

This was delicious! I also served on a flaky croissant, and added a dash of lemon juice to the mix.
