ROYAL CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. celery, chopped
2 c. fresh or canned drained grapes
3/4 c. chopped nuts (peanuts or others)
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1 c. mayonnaise mixed with 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 2 tbsp. pineapple juice

Mix ingredients and chill.
