YUM CHICKEN SALAD 
Chicken fryer (or breasts)
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. grapes
1 c. cooked white rice
1 c. celery
Ranch (buttermilk) dressing as base
Chopped nuts (opt.)

All measurements can be more or less according to likes and dislikes.

Cook chicken, debone, and cut into bite-sizes. Add all other ingredients and blend with dressing to desired consistency. Refrigerate and serve with croissants.
