1 lb. bacon
1 sm. green pepper
12 oz. shredded white cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion
12 English muffins
Mayonnaise

Cook and crumble bacon. Dice onion and green pepper; mix with bacon. Add shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well with enough mayonnaise to wet; spread over English muffin halves. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cut into halves or quarters and serve hot.
