BROCCOLI AND CORN CASSEROLE 
3 boxes chopped broccoli
1 med. chopped onion
1 lg. can cream-style corn
1 c. mayonnaise
3 eggs
8 oz. shredded cheese

Cook broccoli and onions until tender; drain. Beat eggs and mayonnaise together. Add soup and cheese and mix. Stir in with broccoli and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour until done.

NOTE: A can of cream of mushroom soup may be substituted for corn if you desire a broccoli casserole.
