BROCCOLI & CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) cream corn
1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, chopped, cooked & drained
1 beaten egg
3/4-1 c. saltine crumbled, divided
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. melted batter
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. melted butter

Combine corn, broccoli, egg and 1/2 crumbs, onion and 2 tablespoons melted butter, salt and pepper. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Combine 1/2 crumbs and 1 tablespoon butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
