CORN CASSEROLE | |
2 cans cream style corn 1/2 c. finely chopped onion 1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper 8 saltine crackers, crushed 1/2 c. sweet milk 1/2 stick butter 2 eggs, well beaten Melt butter. Save 1/2 and mix other half in the corn mixture. Mix corn, onion, bell pepper, milk and eggs together. Spread in casserole dish. Mix the other half of butter with the crackers and spread on top. sprinkle a little paprika on also. Bake in 300 degree oven for about 20 minutes. |
