BROCCOLI - CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. crushed crackers
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

TOPPING:

1/2 c. crackers
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine corn, broccoli, egg, 1/2 cup crackers, and onion. Mix in 2 tablespoons butter, salt, and pepper. Pour into buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Mix 1/2 cup crackers and 1/4 cup melted butter; sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
