CREAMY PEACH SALAD 
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello brand peach flavor gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/3 c. cold water
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip non-dairy whipped topping
1 can (16 oz.) sliced peaches, drained and chopped
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Blend yogurt into whipped topping: then blend gelatin.

Stir in peaches and nuts. Pour into 8 x 4 inch pan. Chill until firm about 3 hours. Unmold, garnish with additional peach slices if desired.

Makes 3 1/2 cups to 6 to 7 servings.
