STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. bread cubes
1 c. cubed pared apple
1 tsp. salt
4 pork loin chops (1 1/3 inches thick - have chops cut for stuffing)

Melt butter in a glass custard cup in microwave oven (30 seconds at Normal). Combine bread, apple, melted butter and salt. Stuff chops with mixture. Place in single layer in a glass baking dish, covered with waxed paper and cook in microwave oven 11 minutes at Roast.

Turn chops over; rotate dish one-half turn. Cover again with the waxed paper and continue cooking 9-11 minutes at Roast, or until well done. Remove meat from oven and allow to stand 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
