LOWER FAT QUICHE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. low fat Swiss cheese
1 (3 oz.) can real bacon bits
Egg substitute equivalent to 3 eggs
1 c. half & half
1/2 c. low fat milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 dashes cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Deep dish pie crust

Sprinkle bacon bits into pie crust. Grate cheese and sprinkle over bacon bits. Combine other ingredients. Pour into crust. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm.
