STUFFED PEPPERS 
4 lg. green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked minute rice
Salt & pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce, divided
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 egg

Precook peppers in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine beef, rice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion, egg and 1/2 of tomato sauce; mix. Stuff pepper and stand upright in casserole. Top with cheese. Pour remaining tomato sauce over peppers. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Baste with sauce 2 or 3 times during baking.
