COCONUT CREAM PIE 
2 c. of milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 stick of butter
3/4 c. of sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 handful of coconut

Combine all ingredients in a blender until creamy. Pour in 9 inch greased pie plate. Sprinkle coconut on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
