SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. bread stuffing mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all of above ingredients and mix well. Chill for 1 hour. Form into balls and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Yield: 60 to 70.
