SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. frozen spinach
1 box Rice-A-Roni bread stuffing mix with wild rice
3/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 eggs, beaten

Cook and drain spinach. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Add spinach. Mix into balls and refrigerate for 2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees (preheated) for 20- 30 minutes.
