SNOW BALL CAKE 
4 env. Dream Whip
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
4 tbsp. cold water
1 lg. can drained crushed pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 lg. angel food cake
2 tsp. lemon juice

Dissolve gelatin in cold water according to package. Add 1 cup boiling water and let cool to consistency of beaten egg. Whip 3 envelopes of Dream Whip, add pineapple, coconut, nuts, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla to the cooled gelatin. Tear cake into bite size pieces and stir into the mixture. Pour into 11 x 13 pan. Whip other envelope to Dream Whip and put on top. Sprinkle coconut and nuts over topping.
