1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. plus 7 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 bag plain M & M's

In large bowl cream sugars and butter. Add oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix to combine. Add dry ingredients. Add more flour if necessary to make dough workable consistency. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and then roll in sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet flatten each ball with bottom of glass dipped into flour so that dough does not stick to glass. Place about 6 M & M's on top. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until just golden but not brown. Makes 100 cookies.
