1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 egg
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. caraway seed if desired

Roll out and cut into desired shapes; place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. So easy to make!
