BROCCOLI QUICHE 
4 oz. sharp cheese, grated
4 tsp. regular butter
16-20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
4 eggs
1 c. skim milk
9 tbsp. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Use part of fat to grease a 10 inch quiche pan. Blend eggs, milk, fat, flour, salt and pepper in blender. Cook broccoli according to package and drain. Add milk-egg-mixture and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
