BATTER FOR FISH 
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
Lowry's season salt or salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. corn starch
Pinch of garlic powder
1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
Club soda (enough to make thick batter)

Mix above ingredients. Dip filleted fish in batter, then deep fat fry the fillets.
