ARTICHOKE SQUARES 
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. oregano
1 c. Cheddar, grated
1 c. Parmesan, grated
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Drain marinade from one jar into skillet plus chopped artichokes. Add onion and garlic and saute for 5 minutes.

In a bowl combine eggs, bread crumbs, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper. Fold in cheeses and then add artichoke mixture.

Pour into an oiled 9 inch square baking pan. Bake 325 degrees about 30 minutes. Cool slightly before cutting into 1 1/2 inch squares.
