ARTICHOKE SQUARES 
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 med. onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
4 eggs
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2/3 c. each Swiss, Parmesan, Cheddar, grated
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash Tabasco
Salt and pepper to taste

Drain marinade from 1 jar of artichokes into a skillet. Saute onion and garlic in it. Drain off other jar; chop all artichoke hearts.

In bowl, beat eggs; then add bread crumbs and seasonings. Stir in onion, garlic, cheeses and artichokes. Mix well. Spread into an oiled 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Cool, cut into 30 squares.
