ARTICHOKE SQUARES 
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 drops Tabasco sauce
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 eggs, beaten

Drain artichokes, reserving marinade from one jar and saute onion in it. Chop artichoke hearts. Mix all ingredients in bowl and pour into greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into 25 squares.
