HOT CRAB DIP 
1 lb. backfin crabmeat
1/2 c. sour cream
1 lb. cream cheese
3 tsp. horseradish
1/4 c. minced onion
Old Bay seasoning, to taste, very little

Pick through crabmeat to remove shell. Soften cream cheese in microwave. Mix all ingredients except crab. Fold crabmeat in gently. Place in Pyrex bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with Triscuits or Wheat Thin crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
